Turn your passion for yoga into a fulfilling career that you can believe in. This 200-hour course will give you an internationally recognised Yoga Alliance qualification. It is designed to instil the confidence to establish yoga classes that are practical, beneficial and enjoyable.
I offer corporate and staff wellbeing workshops across Calderdale at a time and venue to suit employees. This may be during office hours or at lunchtime. Research shows that employees who access staff wellbeing programmes experience greater health and wellness as well as improved focus, concentration and productivity.
I offer yoga classes and workshops to students in PE curriculum time and for Special Educational Needs. I have twenty years experience teaching in schools and colleges and I am fully DBS checked. Yoga is of enormous value in educational settings, for both personal and social education and for spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
