Below you’ll find a list of my group classes. I also offer bespoke one-to-one sessions – please contact me directly about these.
My yoga classes begin with a moment of calm to allow everyone to settle and breathe. I encourage students to deepen their internal awareness as they are guided through various opening, strengthening and revitalising movements. Every class is anchored to a fresh theme or image inspired by the multitude of ideas that yoga’s rich history has to offer. The physical sequences unfold with the theme, allowing us to utilise yogas power to help us realise our own potential. I often incorporate music, elements of yoga breathwork and yoga nidra to create a versatile practice which has something for everyone.
This is and always has been a class for people to sustain and build fitness through enjoyment rather than through competitive performance. We warm up with a mix of jogging, squatting and core based exercises. Then we get our gloves on and tackle a few moves on the bags, taking the pace up, checking in on the breath. We work dynamically in pairs (gloves and pads), varying the shots and keeping it playful. These boxercise classes are always accompanied with great music.
